How to Play Night Dino

About Night Dino

Night Dino is the dinosaur game's dark mode, made permanent. The desert sleeps under a starfield and a crescent moon; your dino runs past glowing crystals and bleached bone piles — and once you're warmed up, meteors start streaking in from the sky.

Veterans of the classic know the night switch around 700 points is where runs go to die. Night Dino is the training ground: ten runs here and low-contrast obstacles stop surprising you anywhere.

The meteors add a second axis of attention — ground obstacles ahead, fire from above — making this the thinking player's runner.

Night Dino — FAQ

What is Night Dino?

A free dinosaur runner set entirely at night — jump crystals, duck under bones, and dodge meteors falling from above.

Does Night Dino help with the classic game's night mode?

Yes — the classic switches to low-contrast night around 700 points, and permanent practice in the dark removes the surprise.

When do meteors appear?

After about 150 points — they streak in with a glowing trail, so watch for the warning light.
